We offer a Lifetime Buyback Policy on every product purchased from Pradeep Jewellers, allowing customers to sell their jewelry back to us at any time.

Terms & Conditions

  • Lifetime buyback services are available only at our physical store location:

Santh Bazzar, Amdavadi Bazar Road,
Nadiad, Gujarat 387001, India

  • Customers must provide the original purchase invoice or proof of purchase at the time of buyback.
  • Products are eligible for buyback even if they have been used.
  • The product will be inspected and evaluated before determining its buyback value.
  • Buyback value will be calculated based on the current market value of gold and other precious materials, with applicable deductions including:
    • Making charges
    • Stone value adjustments (if applicable)
    • Wear and tear
    • Damages or missing parts
    • Other applicable processing charges
  • Gold purity, weight, and authenticity may be verified before processing the buyback request.
  • Final valuation and buyback amount will be determined by Pradeep Jewellers after inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
